Statistically, we should see the number 7 a lot less when looking at the time – because the minutes start with 1 and go to 59, but then reset back to 1. Numbers 6-9 (including 7) that come after 59 will never replace that 5, therefore we are less like to see the numbers 6-9 when looking at the time.
