It struck me today that a bully takes the easy meat, but more specifically a bully thrives on artificial power – and this power is seized from what is in-effect, neutral territory. A bully draws his power by removing the peace from a peaceful being. By attempting to throw off the otherwise peaceful environmental balance of another being. That is a bully.
