The importance of being objectively critical

Judgement of others will typically come from a place of comparing one’s self-actions to those of others’. It should be noted that no one-person is the barometer, which is why it is important to be objectively critical of both yourself and others – if you must.

Peace is the reward for laying down your arms

Violence for peace? You have got to be kidding me. We do have souls who have never experienced peace, therefore they don’t understand it’s not something you fight for – it is the converse; peace is the reward for laying down your arms.

Restrictive expression

Restrictive expression begs the question of whether it will ever again be considered a “decent / appropriate time” to express one’s mind without worrying about being held responsible for unintentionally entering another’s.

Expressive writing is a pleasant side effect of the people, events, and emotions that have presented as our teacher.

Something about loyalty & the “loyalty super hero” mentality

Most people think that loyalty is only about their ultimate actions; interestingly many personalities see themselves as a sort of “loyalty super hero” – where they are vehemently disloyal in their verbal actions until the end, and then ultimately loyal in their final actions. It’s an ego-power game being played, whereas the ego-mentality is aware that they hold power over the person that assumes, desires and depends on loyalty being forthright. Uncontendentely (yes, I realize that isn’t a word) the acts of a loyalty super hero are in-fact, with much adu to the emotional consequences to the loyalty seeker, a gross display of disloyal behavior.

What you have

Realize how important it is to focus on what you have, because when you focus on what you don’t have there is sure to be a day when you will open your eyes to see that you have lost everything you had.

Congratulations

Congratulations to those whose situations could not get any worse – you have moved up a notch. Things may have been pretty dire for you, but dire is the new normal, and your neighbor needs that $1200 stimulus payment as much as you do. Better than a stimulus check, many people have been released from prison due to coronavirus-related health risks – how freaking lucky is that? California Governor Gavin Newsom has stated that over 7000 homeless have been taken off of the streets and placed into hotels and motels – it took a virus, but I could not imagine a better stroke of fortune for someone on the streets without a glimmer of hope or light. It should be noted that it would be completely inhumane to put the newly-housed homeless back on to the streets, which created a natural opportunity to create a sustainable re-integration to society, for those who are willing and able.

You can’t complain about people’s head-starts. You’re a baby now. A baby with a conscious, experienced soul. Shine now or forever hold your peace.

You can coast now, or you can take this opportunity to recognize that you have just as much chance of succeeding as your neighbor.

Material definition – lost

It is fear that causes the concern with the virus. It is fear that keeps them awake. It is not fear of contraction, but it is fear of the naked self. The worried are consumed. Consumed with insecurity, because they defined themselves by materialism, a material that can no longer cloak their soles, and can no longer define their being. All that is left is a path to choose; to realize that in being stripped of material definition, we have shed the weight that has been defeating a gravity, a weight that has held us down and prevented flight.
