I realized some years ago that it was easier to recall data from my mind [and remotely] with my eyes open, rather than the typical “close your eyes and envision” whatever it is that you’re attempting to recall. By keeping my eyes open I am somehow connecting to a more universal stream of information that could most closely be described as starring at something with my mind. It’s just far more easy to focus with my eyes open – I highly recommend it.
